Precision insert design, from shop measurements to CNC-ready workflows.
Insert Builder helps organize machine records, material data, measurement sets, photo references, sketch previews, and revision history for custom zero-clearance table saw, miter saw, router table, band saw, and shop-tool inserts.
Access is currently limited to approved subscribers and authorized Brightline Tech Group users.
Built for real shop workflow
A structured library for the records that actually drive insert production — machines, materials, measurements, revisions, and fit-test history.
Track table saws, miter saws, band saws, router tables, and the phenolic, baltic birch, hardwood, or UHMW stock you cut from.
Estimated and caliper-verified values per dimension, with verification warnings before a revision is generated.
Each design revision carries its own parameter JSON, status, and history of physical fit-test results.
Overhead, bottom, side, and detail photos with calibration metadata, ready for future manual scaling and tracing.
Versioned InsertParametersV1 is the source of truth. Sketch preview is rendered from data, not stored as freehand drawing.
Future phases add manual photo scaling, FreeCAD generation, and CNC-ready export. Today's focus is clean, structured data.
What it is today
- • Private workspace for measurements, photos, and revisions.
- • Read-only Konva sketch preview rendered from parameter JSON.
- • Click-to-edit dimension review with verified-first logic.
- • Private photo storage with calibration metadata.
What it isn't yet
- • No automatic CNC files. CNC export is a future phase.
- • No AI-derived exact measurements. Calipers still rule.
- • No insert is considered production-verified without a physical fit-test record.
- • No public registration. Subscriber access is approval-based.
